here will be a total of 10 U15 Beast Tournament Series games at this week’s River Rats Jamboree.

U15

BOSTON HOCKEY ACADEMY VS. EC MILITIA

The U15 Boston Hockey Academy will go head to head with the EC Militia for their first game of the season.

These two teams will square off Monday morning at 9:10 am at the Canton Ice House.

Both groups bring plenty of talent up and down the lineup to the table.

EC Militia coach Jack McIntosh will look to his key forwards Nick Stevens, Nate Dono, Tommy Wilkinson and Finian Kilbourne to get the scoring started early.

The Boston Hockey Academy is unveiling its U15 team for the first time, so look for coach Jon Lizzotes’s team to be strong as they bring a good mix of size and speed.

RIVER RATS VS. LONG ISLAND GULLS

Another key match-up on the U15 side is the River Rats vs the Long Island Gulls, which should be fun to watch (Monday, 3:50pm – Foxboro)

The River Rats bring a plethora of talent to their roster this year and many who put up big numbers for coach Chris MacPherson last season. Mike Federico, Cam MacPherson, Aidan Fitzpatrick, Ryan Bello and Chase Field among others will be key.

The Long Island Gulls have a lot of new faces in tow, but look for them to be successful under coach Justin Agosta.

Owen Degraff will be huge at forward, and the same holds true for Nathan Pedalino on the blue line for the Gulls.

U14

LONG ISLAND GULLS VS. SEACOAST PERFORMANCE ACADEMY

One key matchup to watch in the U14 group will be the Long Island Gulls against the Seacoast Spartans.

The two will square off Tuesday at Rodman Arena at 12:50. 

The Gulls are hoping their strong defensive core and goaltending will help them start the season off strong. Coach Spiro Markopoulos will turn to Michael Bonkov, Zack Ibo, Christopher Chinn and Matthew Koch to anchor the defense and Maddox Franks in goal.

The Spartans are another team hoping for a strong showing this upcoming season. Coach Chris Davidson is hoping his team chemistry will transfer onto the ice and that Matys St.Gelaid, Hunter Henderson and Luca Desjardins will be the spark plugs for the offense.
