With over 200 games at a handful of arenas in Connecticut, the Yale Jr. Bulldogs Jamboree gets underway on Friday, running through Sunday.
Included in that big group of games will be a handful of Beast Tournament Series U18 League contests. Several teams will also face opponents outside of the League during the three-day event.
The Connecticut Chiefs National battled with the Valley Forge Minutemen last weekend in the Beast League Fall Classic
One key battle to keep an eye on will face off on Sunday at 12:30pm at Northford Ice Pavilion when Mid-Fairfield takes on the Yale Jr Bulldogs.
For Mid-Fairfield, Mark Pizzo and Trey Dionne will lead the offense, while on the other bench, Avon Old Farms standout Alex Pelletier has scored seven goals in four Beast League games so far, while Charles Blanchard has a 2-4-6 line in those same four games.
In last Sunday's 2-1 win over the Long Island Gulls, Yale goalie Kyle Ozgun was impressive. Here is an interview with Ozgun after the game:
